For the record

  • Canada Olympic Park is so cool. The Australian Bobsled team is training in the same building as us, and so is the National Ski Team people from Montreal. I feel like a pro until my teammates scream things like "I farted" and my coach is having too much fun bouncing up and down on those 1/2 ball things while 'coaching' us.
  • Homemade macaroni & cheese is delicious, except when it has been reheated three times. Nevertheless, delicious.
  • Kids are noisy. But they sure do like ice cream and pictures of themselves.
  • Weekends are really really valued around here right now. I need about 8 of them in a row.
  • Sunshine opens soon and that means SNOW SNOW SNOW and riding, riding, riding. Whee! (It is fun, Amanda, you're right)
  • My kids are learning how to read and it's soooooooo exciting.
  • My eyes hurt. So does my head, and my back, and my (oh my I'm a granny).

Goodnight. Just wanted to give you an update. Report cards and other stuff is sabotaging my blogging. Much love.
