It's snowing outside

And I figure I haven't updated my blog in a while... It seems some of my fellow dedicated / not-so-dedicated blogging friends have abandoned ship. Which is okay. I still love quitters! But I'm not going to quit. I may be sporadic, but I'm not going to quit.

There's tons going on in my life right now, here is a bulleted list (a la New Yorker) mostly for Amanda but for everyone's reading pleasure...?

• 3000 - Number of dollars I have spent of somebody else's money on toys/books/games/backpacks/artsupplies and it was soooo fun. My work with Literacy Backpacks continues at rocket fast speed.
  
• 2 - Number of plush Franklin's arrived in the mail today
• 15 - Number of minutes spent showing off cute Franklin plush in the office. He's super cute. And kids will read to him.
• 18 - Number of Report cards and IPPs to do. Ugh. Must. Finish. ASAP. Must. Figure. Out. If. Kids. Know. Letters. Numbers. Rhyming. Etc. It's sooooo slow of a process. Have you ever watched a kid eat their snack, let's say, Cheerios. Counting them out.... eating them one by one... making sure they are all in a line. Imagine me, watching that, multiply by eighteen kids, multiply that by about 20 different concepts...... And still trying to make sure another kid isn't punching someone in the corner or isn't starting a fire in the recycling box.
• -3 - Degrees it feels like outside. Did I mention it's going to snow tonight? Did I mention I have the cutest little flower box full of pansies and geraniums and other interesting flowers? Did I mention they are currently seeking refuge in my living room?
• 245,000 - Dollars I hope to get for my condo. Super pumped. Weekend project to post pictures etc. Eeps! Super scary too!
